From spring through autumn, join my open water swim sessions at Lochore Meadows — perfect for building confidence, improving technique, and enjoying the freedom of outdoor swimming in a supportive setting.
Group Sessions - Tuesdays:
🟡 Yellow Buoy Group – swim approx. 600m, ideal for building endurance and technique with structured drills.
🌴 Round the Island – a scenic swim for more confident swimmers looking for distance and rhythm.
Group Sessions - Sundays:
🌴 Round the Island – approx. 1500m, a relaxed yet challenging group swim.
💧 Confidence Group – stay closer to shore, swim as much (or as little) as you like in shallow water — perfect if you're new or nervous.
Sessions are usually £17 per person. Timings may vary based on numbers — get in touch for full details.
1-1 Open Water Swim Coaching
Tailored private sessions are also available and arranged around your schedule. These are ideal if you’re new to open water swimming; you feel nervous about joining a group; you struggle with breathing or technique or you want to prepare for a long-distance swim or event
You’ll be fully supported — I’ll be in the water with you or alongside in my kayak for longer swims. You set the pace, and I’ll guide you every stroke of the way. 1-1 coaching sessions are £45 each.
